Halbig/Pozner Hearing: “Who are you?”

There are many beautiful languages in the world, but the language of the court is not one of them. Never has there been a species of snake more double-tongued, slippery and capable of contorting the meaning of each word in a sentence.

Nevertheless, it’s necessary  to watch the recent pre-trial hearing between defendant Wolfgang Halbig (a Sandy Hook citizen investigator) and complainant “Leonard Pozner’s” attorney, which took place on March 28th, 2017 in the Lake County Courthouse in Florida. Necessary because it’s one of the many snake dances that followed the Sandy Hook event of 12-14-12.

Watch the hearing here.  The complainant, who is the parent of a child purported to have died in the Sandy Hook shootings, is suing Mr. Halbig for posting his personal information online, which consists of his name, business address, email address and phone number, already available publicly according to many sources.

The first 17 minutes is taken up with the complainant’s attorney caviling with the judge over the presence of a reporter from We Are Change. The attorney based his objection on the argument that the reporter represents “fake news.” (Now we see how that charge is going to be applied by lawyers who don’t like real people with real eyes and ears and mouths recording and interpreting their words.) Regardless, the judge allowed the reporter to record the hearing.

What’s in a name? For the real issue, which is that of the identity of the complainant, start at 57:00. Because the plaintiff has used a variety of aliases on various documents in the past (e.g., the Dickensian “Eliezer Pozner”), Mr. Halbig had asked for a copy of the plaintiff’s birth certificate to ascertain by whom he is being sued. It seems reasonable, doesn’t it? Especially since the plaintiff’s signature on a pertinent legal document (“Lenny Pozner”) differs from the name under which his suit was filed.

“This man has five, six different names,” said Mr. Halbig at one point, in reference to various aliases he found in public documents. “That’s why I think that question is relevant to my discovery. I want to know who this man really is, who’s filed a lawsuit against me.”

But the torrent of legal-speak issuing from the judge’s lips thereupon is so serpentine, so full of writhing, squirming, squeezing and cloaking language, one is left wondering if the court is in a county that speaks any English at all. “Irrelevant,” a favorite court-speak term, is lavishly deployed. But why should Mr. Halbig’s request be “irrelevant” when the very nature of the plaintiff’s allegations concern Mr. Halbig’s use of the plaintiff’s name?

So, exactly who/what is/are Eliezer Pozner? You will not find the answer on Jeopardy, nor, I’m afraid, in the court proceeding.

In case you’d rather not listen to court-speak, here are two commentaries Cinderella recommends:

The next pre-trial hearing will take place May 24th, 2017.

Courageous women.

As the pedophiles and principalities at the helm of our planet continue attempts to destroy our bodies, our food, our morality, the atmosphere and the soil itself, there is hope. Hear what two courageous women share on these subjects and many others in this interview by Sean Turnbull of SGT Report.

Ella Draper is the mother of the “Hampstead Coverup children,” victims of horrific abuse by a pedophile network that Ms. Draper exposed. The state took her children from her as a consequence, and she hasn’t seen them in more than two years.

Sofia Smallstorm is a well-known author, interviewer and investigator whose web site, About the Sky, contains a plethora of information on topics ranging from chemtrails to 9-11-01 and the transhumanist agenda.

As gags tighten, pedogate facts continue to scream and shout.

As censorship and self-censorship increases, perhaps in response to death threats against family members, careers or plunderable business assets,* pesky facts about the D.C. pedophile network keep screaming for the sleeping public’s attention.

In this video, SGT dutifully reminds us that the state department was facing allegations of pedophilia and other sexual misconduct in 2013, while Hillary Clinton was at its helm. The investigation was gagged, but the leaked facts rhyme with  more recent reports and evidence on the same subject.

On a recent Hagmann & Hagmann show, journalist Liz Crokin asserted that 33% of government political insiders are pedophiles, based on her research.

33%!  Imagine the impact that would have on reports about your elected or appointed pedophile or rapist.

But the facts remain. The deep state attack of Trump and others has failed to slow down the #pedogate roundup.

*Maybe it’s just the calm before the storm.

Et tu, Gateway Pundit? Report on yesterday’s Pizzagate March on D.C. disappeared into the memory hole

Censorship around the pizzagate/pedogate issue continues.

Fellowship of the Minds

Memory Hole (definition):

A mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts, or other records, such as from a website or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened. The concept was first popularized by George Orwell’s dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, where the Party’s Ministry of Truth systematically re-created all potential historical documents, in effect, re-writing all of history to match the often-changing state propaganda.

Yesterday, March 25, 2017, as planned, there was a protest in front of the White House to raise awareness about Pizzagate.

The protest was planned to begin at 11 a.m.

At 12:09 p.m., AltMedia powerhouse Gateway Pundit published a report by its correspondent Lucian Wintrich on the protest, “#Make America Great Again Vets Rally Alongside #PizzaGate Protesters in Washington, D.C.“. That evening, FOTM received Wintrich’s article in an email…

Deep state survivor: Kevin Shipp.

An excellent interview with former CIA agent Kevin Shipp was released by Hagmann & Hagmann last week. It’s essential viewing for anyone who wants to understand the very real jeopardy that Pres. Donald Trump, his allies – and anyone who poses a serious threat to the surveillance apparatus and its monetary underpinnings – are currently facing.  Is it any wonder, then, that certain people feel threatened enough to recant, defect or bug out? It’s no fun living under the shadow of the death.

Rachel’s Law.

When author Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote “Funding Evil: How Terrorism is Financed and How to Stop It”, she named names. One of these was Sheikh Khalid bin Mahfouz, a Saudi Arabian billionaire, who sued Ehrenfeld for libel, despite her careful documentation.

Ehrenfeld didn’t cower beneath a black hood of silence. She approached her home state of New York for first amendment protection. And “Rachel’s Law” (the Free Speech Defense Act) was drafted and passed by the New York State legislature. It protects authors from so-called “libel tourism” – by which foreign libel judgments from countries where free speech isn’t protected can be enforced.

Shouldn’t there be a federal law to protect U.S. writers, thinkers and bloggers from libel tourism? Actually, the same law was proposed at the federal level, but because there is a loophole that makes it untenable, the law must be passed in each state.

And so far, 10 states have passed Rachel’s Law: NY, TN, UT, LA, FL, OK, SD, CA, MD and IL. Next up: Connecticut, which will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 27, to consider the bill sponsored by two state legislators (Suzio and Markley)  alongside written and oral citizen testimony.

The consequence of not passing the bill is obvious. Most writers will self-censor to avoid the financial outcome of libel lawsuits filed by foreign adversaries with deep pockets. For those who don’t, a long litigious journey may await them. So the bill is essential to critical analysis of certain issues that concern prickly foreign actors, people who operate without censure in their own countries because their potential critics lack first amendment protections.

One might ask: Will the same state that hosted the Sandy Hook event (and has jailed one of its questioners) pass a law that actually protects the right to state the facts free from litigious threats by foreign despots, criminals and other litigators?  Let’s hope it will. Many diligent, right-thinking people will not rest until it does.

And if it does, maybe then Connecticut’s legislators  and others will work to protect alternative writers, thinkers and bloggers from similar threats by domestic despots and criminals.

Alex Jones apologizes for Pizzagate ‘fake news’ on eve of March on D.C.

Alex Jones didn’t submit a public statement before abandoning serious investigation of Sandy Hook. But yesterday, he issued a statement of apology and retraction to James Alefantis regarding Infowars’ truncated investigation into the “pizzagate” issue. Curious, indeed. FOTM provides such facts as can be discerned at present.

Fellowship of the Minds

“Pizzagate” is the term given to speculations and assertions that there is a pedophile network connecting powerful Democratic Party élites and two Washington, D.C. pizzerias, Besta Pizza and Comet Ping Pong. The latter is owned by James Alefantis, listed by GQ as the 49th most powerful person in D.C. and a former boyfriend of Clinton crony and Democratic Party operative David Brock of Media Matters.

Below is a picture that Alefantis posted to his Instagram account (source: The Tap Blog). After this and other pictures were uncovered by 4chan, his account is no longer accessible to the public:

Given the gravity of the accusations and the many compelling circumstantial evidence, it is curious that no official investigation has been made by either law enforcement or the MSM. See “Failure of American Journalism: Pizzagate and the muzzling of Ben Swann”.
